  • All of the basics-- leading/reacting, posture, arm & hand placement; straightforward footwork, turns & dips.

  • First dance entrance.

  • Custom choreography to suit your skill level.

  • Choreography recordings for at-home practice.

  • Simple music edit (one song), if needed. 

  • 15% discounted additional private lessons (see a la carte rates), if desired.

  • 30% discounted studio rental for independent practice (see a la carte rates), if desired.

7 Private Lessons

 

A perfect package for couples of all abilities to step into the spotlight! A supportive coach will help you accomplish your *loftier* dance goals while keeping things relaxed. Event planning can be stressful, but your dance lessons should be the fun part!

  • Seven, 60-minute lessons with a dedicated instructor.

  • Everything included in the 'Comfort & Confidence' package plus more studio time with your instructor to learn fancier footwork, traveling steps, as well as more impressive turns, dips and lifts to suit your skill/comfort level.

  • 25% discounted additional private lessons (see a la carte rates), if desired.

  • 40% discounted studio rental for independent practice (see a la carte rates), if desired.

Go Big!

10 Private Lessons

 

A flexible package designed to be your ticket to an intricate, show-stopping routine; or for those in need of coaching for multiple dances, including family & friends.

Details:

  • Ten, 60-minute lessons with a dedicated instructor.

  • Everything included in the 'Level Up' package plus more studio time with your instructor to refine your technique, timing, rhythm and flair OR use up to 5 hours of this package for a second dance, parent dances, bridal party dances and/or reception entrance.

  • 35% discounted additional private lessons (see a la carte rates), if desired.

  • 50% discounted studio rental for independent practice (see a la carte rates), if desired.

A La Carte

60-Minute Private Lesson w/ Our Instructor: $150

Includes end-of-lesson recording (digital delivery) for at-home practice.

Studio Rental for Independent Rehearsal: $45/hr

Instructor will not be present in the studio, nor reachable for consult, during rented studio time.

 

Studio Rental w/ Your Own Instructor: $60/hr

Proof of instructor's liability insurance is required to bring your own instructor. Certificate must name Performing Arts Workshop (196 Morgan Street STE 1, Jersey City, NJ 07302) as additional insured, no exceptions. We do not provide insurance nor insurance guidance.

Music Editing: $25/One Song | $50/Medley

Includes one edit and two revisions of selected song, or medley of up to 3 songs.
